The DoorDash Rewards Mastercard is a co-branded Chase credit card that awards elevated cash-back on DoorDash and related purchases while also giving rewards on dining, groceries and everyday spending. It’s issued by Chase and marketed for consumers who frequently use food delivery and dining services.

Often comes with DashPass promotional perks (e.g., a complimentary DashPass trial/year for new cardmembers) and limited-time bonuses announced via Chase/DoorDash partnership updates. (Always check the current Chase offer for the exact promotion.)
Anywhere Mastercard is accepted — online, in stores, on DoorDash, at restaurants, grocery stores and more (subject to merchant acceptance).
To receive DoorDash-specific benefits (like 4% on DoorDash orders), use the card as the payment method on the DoorDash app or website.
Apply on Chase’s website: Visit the DoorDash Rewards Mastercard page on Chase and click “Apply Now.” Fill out the online form with personal and financial info.
After approval you’ll receive your card in the mail (or a virtual card instantly in some cases) and you can create/sign in to your Chase account to manage the card.
Tip: Check the card’s eligibility requirements (age, credit score guidelines) and the current APR/terms on the Chase application page before applying.
By phone: Call the activation number provided with your card (Chase often directs cardholders to call or use Chase’s activation website). If you don’t have the number, Chase customer service for cards is available — check your welcome materials or Chase help pages.
Online: Sign in to your Chase account (or via the Chase mobile app) — some cards can be activated directly from the account dashboard.
Go to chase.com or open the Chase Mobile® app.
Sign in using the username and password you created when you applied (or choose the “Enroll” link if you haven’t yet created online access).
From the dashboard you can view balances, recent activity, statements, and payments.
Online / Chase Mobile: Log in and choose “Make a Payment.” You can set one-time payments or enroll in AutoPay to avoid missed payments.
By phone: Call the number on the back of your card or Chase customer service.
By mail: Payment address appears on your monthly statement (or in the Chase portal).
Payment methods: Bank transfer (ACH) from a linked checking account, debit card (if Chase accepts it), or scheduled transfers. AutoPay is recommended to avoid late fees — but confirm exact options in your Chase online account.
Open the DoorDash app and go to Account → Payment.
Tap Add Payment Method, select Credit/Debit, then enter your DoorDash Rewards Mastercard details.
If the card is an eligible Chase card, you may see a Chase/benefit banner allowing you to activate DashPass or other promotional perks. Use the same login/email for DoorDash and Caviar for cross-platform benefits.
If you’re a Dasher (delivery driver), DoorDash uses a separate Red Card system for Shop & Deliver orders:
The Red Card is prepaid (or virtual) and intended to be used only for buying items on behalf of customers for certain orders. Activate and manage it through the Dasher app under the “Red Card” or “Account” tab. You can also add it to Apple Wallet/Google Wallet if supported.
